Med Steel Company is now a leading company in the field of steel production and one of the most experienced in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq. Our facility covers nearly 625,000 square meters. The steel melting and billet production plant can produce 360,000 tons per year, and the bar milling facility can also produce 360,000 tons per year.
We have our own power plant, which has a capacity of 52MW. Which means that they have a very long life as the wear and tear is very little. This all helps with sustainability. Which one of our key aims as we endeavour to keep our carbon footprint to the absolute minimum.
